We all seek balance in life and once we reach the conscious place within, we connect with the answers of all that we seek.

Fear based indecision begins to disappear, leaving only truth of the heart and inner peace from a knowing soul.

To live in truth and freedom is to be free of attachments. When we decide to make the choice to live a conscious life from truth, the false self  stubbornly clings to comfort zones and materialism in fear of exposure and death.

When we strip away the veils and facades, the judgement we fear from others is no longer. And it’s from this place where we may finally connect with our inner peace and freedom from all that sits in darkness.

The infinite knowing that only sees the perfection outside of the realm of illusory life, from a conscious mind and knowing heart.

I recently had an insightful conversation with a good friend, about the freedom of sharing the heart.

After they had openly shared their truth, they mentioned how they had felt ‘different’ whilst sharing their heart with another. The ‘different’ feeling was no doubt one of vulnerability, but also truth and freedom from fear of judgement or rejection.

We are all born with an open heart and conditioned thoughts and feelings are learned. Imagine being free from fear of judgement and imprisonment of the mind. Imagine being free from anger and all other controlling emotions that imprison and occur through the experience of daily life, and challenging experiences that threaten to ruin our day. Imagine living every moment of life free from the chains of programmed thought.

A near impossible task in today’s world and matrix, however freedom from fear that comes from judgement and facades, is more than worth entering the cave of darkness and into the unknown.

Eyes of the Heart

I listen with interest to others’ reviews and opinions on a movie I haven’t yet seen, or a book I haven’t yet read. However I always keep one thing in mind when deciding on whether I should see a movie or buy a book.

That person has offered their opinion, after watching or reading through their eyes, and feeling the story with their heart.

We are all different and we experience life through varying levels of consciousness, that is  based on the relationship with self and our personal life view. If only we could remember this when we are yet to know or experience another.

Rather than judge from the opinion of others, we have the opportunity to choose from more genuine and authentic thoughts and feelings that are our own, rather than that of someone else.

Freedom of choice is not from within the boundaries of culture and collective thought, but rather through conscious knowing and personal resonance in connection with another.
